What to expect:

  • A course for adults (16+) from 11am to 3pm.

  • We’ll learn the tricks of making the fluffiest scones, crumbly buttery shortread and decadent fudgy chocolate brownies.

  • Held at St George’s Lower School, Coltbridge Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 6BG.

  • Ingredients and lunch provided. Please bring a water bottle and a few tubs to take your baking home.

  • Led by me, a highly qualified chef with full food safety and first aid certification.
