Keep the kids busy and make the holidays just a little more delicious. Our holiday cooking camps for 9 – 14s last for the whole day (10am to 3pm), so there’s plenty of time to try new skills – with lots of fun and lots of yummy things to eat! Strictly limited to just 12 attendees, we’ll focus on essential cooking skills like dough making, trying our hand at soft pretzels, ciabatta or pizza. We’ll create tasty pasta dishes, and rustle up delicious sweet treats like cookies and brownies.

I’m fully PVG registered with up-to-date first aid training. All classes are carefully planned to meet the needs of our younger learners.

Children’s holiday clubs

  • One-day clubs for  9 – 14 years run from 10am – 3pm in school holidays. 

  • Held at St George’s Lower School, Coltbridge Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 6BG.

  • Master baking & cooking skills in a fun, lively, relaxed environment.

  • Lunch, snacks and ingredients provided. Please bring a water bottle and a tub to take your cooking home.

  • All classes led by me, a highly qualified chef with full PVG and food safety and first aid certification.

 

What we’ll do

  • Work on age appropriate recipes.

  • Master basic kitchen skills.

  • Learn a range of simple but tasty dishes you can easily recreate at home.

  • We’ll cook in pairs, you take home what you make.
