What to expect:
· A full-day course for adults (16+) from 11am to 4pm.
· We’ll make an enriched egg pasta dough, cut it into shapes (with and without a pasta roller), make stuffed pasta and master a few classic sauces, such as a slow-cooked meat ragu, super quick tomato sauce and classic pesto.
· Held at St George’s Lower School, Coltbridge Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 6BG.
· Led by me, a highly qualified chef with full food hygiene certification and first aid training.
· Ingredients and lunch provided, bring a water bottle and a couple of tubs to take your cooking home.
