What to expect:
A course for adults (16+) from 10.30am to 2pm.
Together we will learn how to: feed and care for a sourdough starter, mix a batch of bread dough (using a variety of flours), scoring technique and how to bake your loaf to get the best results at home. We will also make a batch of pizza dough, and learn to stretch and shape the pizzas, then top and bake them.
You will take home a jar of my organic sourdough starter and a set of instructions and recipes to make your own loafs and pizza at home. Please bring a bag to take home your freshly baked loaf and a jar of starter.
Includes a light lunch of freshly baked pizzas.
Held at my home kitchen in Cramond.
Led by me, a highly qualified chef with full food safety and first aid certification.
